Remove Changelog?

When you draft a new release, there's a generate changelog button https://github.com/twigjs/twig.js/releases

I thought you were doing that manually, that's really useful. I'm fine with removing it in favor of an upgrade guide (UPGRADING.MD) when there are breaking changes, since it's more to the point of why people usually look at a changelog and then they won't need to grok through all the non-breaking changes included in a changelog.
