tag parents support?

Tag parents let you automatically add a particular tag every time another tag is added. This should be retroactively applied IMO.

in short its tags that is more general part of the tag that its a parent of, again like https://github.com/Pewpews/happypanda/issues/65 i will use images aswell as a link to get to my point.

this is really nice for when tags are forgotten, like character tags is there but not a tag for the parody of the series and so on.

I will comment on both suggestions here (#65)

I like these suggestions but they seem excessive, and that's why I will put them on the low-priority list. Other reasons are:

1. Requires a good tad of rework on how tags are handled internally
2. Requires new table(s) to be added to the database (which can be one of the most time consuming thing)
3. The current tagging system is fine enough as is in my opinion

I don't want to sound discouraging to the idea, but the tag system is more on the lines of sadpanda's domain than this single gallery software. The idea of automatic parent and sibling tags sound great for better categorizing of galleries, but it would be best to have that originate where they get tagged than to add it onto this.
