auto claim Drops

Would it be possible in theory to auto claim drops too? I recently found a browser extension with this feature ( https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/automatic-drops-twitch-ch/kfhgpagdjjoieckminnmigmpeclkdmjm ) but it would be even more awesome if you could do it with twester.
