Timeline doesn't show anythinng [self-hosted]

Bug Description

Whether I add a Note, Task or File … there is no activity on the Timeline or any display. We have installed the latest release 0.33.0

Expected behavior

To display the Timeline

Technical inputs

  • It's a clean Install
  • we are running the self-hosted Version
  • I'm pretty sure the version before
