Search issues

Two issues:

• You cannot search a part of name
• Search seems limited to default objects (Companies, People, Notes) and not other objects.

For the first one: I have a company name TotoTata. If I search "toto" it works, but not "tata". It would be good to search for every part of the string we enter.

For the second one, I would like to search on "name" fields for every object.
