twenty TImeZone dropdown clips through screen in Mobile viewport

Bug Description

In Settings/Appearance, the timezone dropdown renders the desktop width and clips through screen.
The dropdown is too transparent and makes it unviewable sometimes
Filters dropdown doesnt take full width for desktop

@Bonapara this behaviour appears in mobile viewports not for desktop as there is room for the dropdown to expand below

Ohh got it! But I don't have a great fix idea for this one.. Do you?

@Bonapara Instead of changing the dropdown background blur which would have not been a great solution, I decreased the overall width of the dropdown only for mobile such that it will not open in upwards direction and use the space below. This solves both transparency and dropdown not optimised

@harshit078, does this change only concern this dropdown? (It should not be applied to all mobile dropdowns as it's a local issue I think)

@Bonapara Yes, only for this particular dropdown. Rest all dropdowns are optimised
