Pass SELECT filter values upon new record creation

When creating a new record from a filtered list view, we should automatically pass any SELECT (and MULTI-SELECT?) filter that has been applied.

Otherwise it leads to frustrating behavior like this one, where I'm supposed to see all Tasks, but when I create a new activity it's automatically created as a Note.
