[Messaging] Clean-up empty Threads and unlinked Messages

Context

Messages are linked to threads. MessageChannelAssociation are linked to messages.

Once we delete a message, we need to make sure to delete the associated thread if this is was the last message. Same for MessageChannelAssociation
