Data Model - Looks like the relations are built in the wrong direction

Bug Description

Tell me if this me not understanding correctly but it looks like the relationship is built in the wrong direction. In my example, people managed are the Many of the relationship However, I can only select one via the UI - and I can select several Managers (who appear on the one side of the relationship)
