[REQUEST] Allow higher resolution in the `Filter` action

Scope & Context

I'm trying to build a task email notification workflow. The workflow does find the tasks, but it can't filter in a smaller unit than a day!

I'm refering to the Is Relative filter type. Screenshot:

Current behavior

Currently the smallest unit is days. I want minutes, as the trigger of the workflow (a On a schedule) already supports it and my use case requires it.

Expected behavior

Let me choose Minutes. And of course, if already at that, also add hours.
