Allow User Deactivation instead of Deletion

Open inside-mo opened this issue 3 months ago • 0 comments

Scope & Context

Not every employee remains with the company, but his information does, Deleting a user is probably not the smartest to choice, to remove him from Twenty. It would make more sense to deactivate him, so that all items logged to him will remain but he can no longer sign in. And the admin should be able to reactivate him, should he return to the company someday.

Current behavior

Uncertain, because I would rather not try. But I only have the option of deleting users.

Expected behavior

I have the option of deactivating users. Deleting users should not be the standard. And if he is deleted, there needs to be a procedure in place regarding all activities and objects assigned to him.
