Billing - Let users downgrade to Pro (instead of Org) and to monthly (instead of annual) in the UI

Scope & Context

As of today, users cannot downgrade by themselves in the UI.

  • not a great user experience
  • taking time from our team since we need to manually update this

Expected behavior

Ability to downgrade payment frequency / plan chosen
