Add Create related records to Record standard actions

Scope & Context

Add the "Create related records" option to the standard Record actions in the command menu.

For each relation of an object—for example, on the People object—we want to include the "Create Company" command. However, we do not want to implement this for relations that are of the morph-to-many type (see below) to avoid hardcoding. For now, apply this only to one-to-many relations.

The command should open a side panel with an empty record for the selected object.

@bosiraphael could we prioritise it for general relationships instead? I.e. if you're on Company you should be able to create a related people automatically. We have some tech debt on task/notes because of the lack of morph many-to-many relationship, but it would be good to make this as generic as possible / in line with the long term vision where this is just about creating a related object but not specific to notes/tasks
