Missing Error message when creating Multi-Select field

Bug Description

A clear and concise description of what the current behavior is. Please also add screenshots of the existing application.

Example:

When I create a multi-select field, I do not get an error message if I enter an option twice. I can then not create the field (saving is not possible), but there is no information as to why it cannot be saved.

Expected behavior

I expect a pop-up or another form of information that a duplicate exists or that this option has already been entered above.
