Whole Line Highlighting Bug

Here's a funky issue I've come across, I've seen it happen in other places but this is the way I can make it reproduce the easiest:

In this case I do 2 examples, one with an indent of 2 spaces, everything seems to be fine, but if I use an indent of 1 space it all breaks down pretty quickly.
