Red LInk Router. Peripheral that sends/recieves redstone link signals

Description

A peripherial that acts like bridge between cc computers and create redstone link system. It should have 2 modes recieveing and sending. preferably switched with wrench. Either way, configurable channels. they could be defined with script. and then with a right click gui opens to set up the frequencies. channels should support analog input output.

Optionally a block that woudl staright away connect to linked controller(right click with controller to auto setup channels)
