Please publish ratchet to npm

It looks like Ratchet is already published on Bower. I know Bower is not NPM, but it works nearly the same way.

Although it doesn't come up in searches it can be installed with bower install ratchet.

I would like to keep using just npm to keep things simple. But that's just me, I'm sure there are other folks who would like to see ratchet on bower as well.

You can install Ratchet using npm install twbs/ratchet.

+1 Ratchet seems to be the only lib that my recent project uses but not available from npm while bootstrap can be installed from npm.
