META icon rendering incorrectly when not SVG

The META icon is rendering with the lobes filled-in when using the CSS class:

This can be seen on the bootstrap icons search page for example:

Rendering with the SVG is correct however, as seen on the icon's example page:

https://icons.getbootstrap.com/icons/meta/
