Suggestion: Add "since version" label to icon detail page

Hi. It would be great if there's a label like "Since version 1.9.1" on the icon detail page. It'd be easier for developers to understand which version we should upgrade our local version to.

I think it should be used with Category without adding a statement like Since version 1.9.1 Category: 1.9.0

If you want to update anyways, why not use the latest version?

Icons are increasing cumulatively and which icon came with which version, such information is a necessity in my opinion.

For example, if you look at the jQuery docs, you can see that the features are tagged with "version added". The more useful this is for you, the more useful a similar tag will be for Bootstrap Icons.

And it may not always be possible to upgrade our bundle, right? It would be nice if we could narrow down our selection of icons based on our BI version at hand.

Consider a legacy application that uses Bootstrap Icons. You are asked to use Y icon instead of X icon and you cannot touch bundled BI. You are looking at the site and you need to test whether the icon you have chosen is working. You upload the new code and test it one by one. Incredible waste of time.
