Proposal

Please in _navbar.scss: to '.navbar-dark, .navbar[data-bs-theme="dark"]' add ', [data-bs-theme="dark"] .navbar'. And in _dropdown.scss to '.dropdown-menu-dark' add ', [data-bs-theme="dark"] .dropdown-menu'

Motivation and context

Dark mode then behaves like it shoud behave.
