Add color-scheme to light root selector

Fixup for #37734

If [data-bs-theme="light"] is nested within [data-bs-theme="dark"], color-scheme should be reset to light.

I don't think this would present an issue with your changes @julien-deramond, but we can move it to v5.4.0 just in case.
