Version mismatch in readme and docs

Bootstrap docs mention to use

gem 'bootstrap', '~> 5.1.1'

but this gem's readme file mentions

gem 'bootstrap', '~> 5.1.0'

which version is correct? Can I open a PR to update the version in the readme file or should I open an issue at twbs/bootstrap?

This issue persists today, with the docs now saying to use 5.1.3, yet 5.1.0 remains the newest available.

So that value in the docs is just autopopulating with whatever the newest version is :P
