Refactor + Rewrite (0.3.0)

  • a complete re-write.
  • not dependent upon lefse source files now that it is hosted on anaconda
  • add capability to process QIIME, PICRUSt and humann2 data
  • trying to avoid subprocess calls and instead import package functions
  • add flexibility to use with other functions (graphlan, R, etc...)
  • possibly integrate with qiime2
