Compiling on Windows?

What would someone need to do to compile this on Windows? Because interdiff seems to be pretty much the only tool for reversing a diff patch, but the project I'm working on is fully cross-platform, and having to say "no windows" to half the planet wouldn't go over well =D

(Or, alternatively, would it be possible to set up a windows release as a github action so that github just does that automatically and folks can just download the .exe from the release page?)
