Got this response to running make. Not sure if this is an issue on my end... So happy someone made this tool!

git submodule init process_begin: CreateProcess(NULL, git submodule init, ...) failed. make (e=2): The system cannot find the file specified. Makefile:35: recipe for target 'hsdata/CardDefs.xml' failed mingw32-make: *** [hsdata/CardDefs.xml] Error 2
