[Windows 10] MSE scaling incorrectly when using custom display scaling

I have my laptop set to a custom display scale of 125% because everything is too small when set to the default.

When I use MSE and specifically Cajun's M15 Mainframe template a number of the options in the 'Frames' and 'Other options' are unavailable as they are rendering outside the box. Additionally when I click on a lower item the item below it is checked, which makes me think this is an issue with only the display.

I just installed 2.1.1, I don't remember having this problem in previous versions though I may have just missed it
