Unicode Rendering Error on Wingding Enclosed Alphanumerics and Bullet (U+2022)

As originally referenced on #138, when certain Unicode are entered into a text field with Wingdings as its font, font rendering fails entirely. To directly put these on MSE, Character Map was used (then change the font of your field to Wingdings, or use <font>).

Not tested yet if these Unicode values also do not work for other symbol fonts (like Wingdings 2).

Known workaround is to use another Symbol Font, like that from Wingdings 2 (or just use your regular fonts with another unicode).
