Export window no longer has scroll bar.

On HTML exports with many options, a scroll bar used to be added to the window. That is no longer being added, hiding options unless you resize the window.

I was able to reproduce this on my build of MSE 2.1.2 on Linux Mint 20.2 (64-bit), by selecting the Cockatrice export template. (CS/ECH 1.04)
