Hello, would you please consider to add the following icon http://www.flaticon.com/free-icon/bag-shop_8109 and then add it to /svg/shopping folder as general.svg ? Please let me know. Thank you

This adds an option to generatepng.sh for the generation of icons in svg format. Related to the discussion [here](https://github.com/gravitystorm/openstreetmap-carto/pull/1041#issuecomment-59262646).
