Error Starting TWAIN CS Scan

when I try twaincsscan this message com:

Unable to start, the most likely reason is that TWAIN Data Source Manager is not installed on your system. An internet search for 'TWAIN DSM' will locat it and once installed, you shoul be able to proceed. You can also try the following link: http://sourceforge.net/projects/twain-dsm/

look at the specification chapter 12 Developing for windows. Installation of the Data Source Manager section describe that you need to copy and the right files on the right place. Just check the doc. if any further problem, comment here.

TWAIN Data Source Manager Overview

The home of the TWAIN Data Source Manager (DSM). The DSM manages the interactions between TWAIN applications and TWAIN Data Sources for the acquisition of images from scanners and cameras. This DSM is open source software and uses LGPL licenses.
