Interestingly, in another context in (my) same(!) wiki, the `tc-checkbox-checked` call *is* applied! ...but, as illustrated in OP, the bug does appear on e.g tiddlywiki.com

The links in the popups don't work in any browser; neither Chrome nor Firefox nor Brave. And it doesn't work inside any the popups for any of the wiki types....

I would also like to be able to edit the tags directly in the *Your sites* page, where they appear. Sometimes how you tag something depends on how other things...
