Motivation
Moving forward to the future of UWP development merged with Tauri V2 that should also be used by Pake-cli for website to UWP app development in 2024 and future years that are coming.
It's also better for cross-platform compatibility too since Tauri V2 provides more features too even for better cross-platform support.
Solution
Upgrade Tauri V2 and schemes for converting websites to Tauri V2 app that can be compiled also into appx/msix and other platforms too (including but not limited to android)
Alternatives
Currently there is no good alternatives. Webview as it is is currently limited for addon capabilities and requires writting code manually and as about PWA, it requires someone who have server-side access to implement it and still no client-side extensions.
So only these frameworks that converts websites to native apps can actually support client-side modifications that improve experience of websites that are usually not owned by those who are converting websites to apps.
ElectronJS have also it's limitations and NW.js too when it comes to these things while Tauri framework still seems currently a best choice with little coding to implement extensions and websites into apps - and it also saves storage too instead of other frameworks like Electron and other similar tools.

I saw that Tauri does not support this yet, but I will add support for arm64 in the latest version.
