We haven't really touched the default excluded post types and taxonomies in awhile, and there have definitely been new ones added in the background. We also "litter" the autocomplete page...

We have post meta set up to be watched and update posts when those change. Let's do the same for term and user meta, if able.

Verify our hooks, filters, constants list in documentation is current and accurate.
