Remove false advertising & recommend the official react tippy library

The maintainer of react-tippy still hasn't updated the README.md to indicate that @tippy-js/react is the official tippy-js library. 6 months ago, he claimed he would do so in https://github.com/tvkhoa/react-tippy/issues/105:

Let me put a note on the top of README about your @tippy.js/react with the up-to-date tippyjs and inform that I will continue maintaining this lib

To this day, the README.md still says:

It is an enhancement of Tippy.js for using in React.

It makes people think this library is official, and that it's based on tippy-js. Both of these ideas are false.

I actually thought this library was official, guess not.

I have switched to @tippy-js/react now and it fixed a couple of the bugs I have been having, thanks for writing this!
