Hovering issue

Hi @tvkhoa ,

I'm working on a project that uses your package, and it has this weird hovering issue that causes the tooltip to bounce erratically from the bottom to the mouse position. I see that someone brought up a slightly similar issue a few years ago (https://github.com/tvkhoa/react-tippy/issues/40#issuecomment-604856210). Looking forward to hearing from you. tooltip-issue
