Cannot dump anything: JSON::ParserError

When I try to dump a history of user chat with only two messages, I get an error: https://pastebin.com/8VkRaBkY

I run telegram-cli with arguments --json -and P 9009 and telegram-history-dump via Cygwin. Cygwin terminal with telegram-cli session and an error: https://imgur.com/gallery/oacjZ

Btw, when I run telegram-cli without --json, I receive messages and see what I send via Telegram application
