get smilies in html-output

is it possible to get the smilies from telegram to the html-output!?? at this time it shows only characters like this one:

Unicode emoji should already work, because everything is dumped in UTF-8 and the HTML charset is also UTF-8. This just needs a browser and operating system with an emoji font. Example as it appears in my browser (lacking a fancy emoji font): image

Replacing the unicode emoji with emoji images would be possible and give more consistency, but I have no plans of doing so. If someone wants it badly enough to contribute a patch, I'd be willing to accept it, though. In that case the contributor should also take care to choose and implement the icons in a legal way (i.e. no license violations).
