pynauty update

Hi, I am the author of pynauty. I have recently moved the package to Github - pynauty and updated it. I also made it available from PyPi - pynauty, many binary wheels are also provided. If a system is not compatible with the provided binary wheels pip attempts to build the wheel of the extension module on the local machine.

I believe that solves issues #8 #9
