Unable to execute multiple features

For some reason, I am not able to execute the tests from across different feature files, I notice that in the log at the start it says feature size as 2 but pool size as 1. I am attaching the log, in this instance I had 1 each test scenario from different feature file. But only one got executed. vagrant.txt
