Remove unnecessary dependencies

Specifically, remove itertools, fehler, and thiserror to speed up compile times. And make chrono optional.

Right now I 'm doing some restructuring of the project, so it may not be the best time, but there is still a lot to do IMO, so I will appreciate some help when I'm done with this.
