Major Bug in Android 8.1
When I long-press (touch and hold) an image, I can drag it around the screen as expected. However, after releasing the image, all touch input becomes unresponsive. I can no longer click or interact with anything on the screen. The dragged image remains stuck in its last position, even on the lock screen. The only way to restore normal functionality is to force a device restart.
Device: Moto E5 Play

I also having this issue. It block the entire screen, can't even restart the phone. Only physical button working. Can only hold down the power button to force shutdown. Apparently it's the problem with the chrome webview 131+ with android 8. I downgraded to the 130 and no such issue. I tried 133 also still have the issue. I can't find the related issue in chromium issue tracker.
