Perhaps you're browsing in incognito mode, or your browser is configured to delete history when you close it.
I, too, see no history, not even during a session. Not incognito, not clearing history when exiting. Uninstall and reinstall it no change. Will try old apks.
Bookmarks and saved pages work perfectly, so it's probably not a storage permission thing.

Ah, I have a backup phone with the same hardware, where via 6.0.0 saves history. The current difference is: it is not running the original Moto Launcher but rather the Microsoft Launcher. Also on my main phone I have been messing around with accessibility settings and trying different launchers.
I suspect doing a factory reset and then reinstalling everything would fix it. Meaning: not really a Via problem! Will probably report back in about a week.
