Feature request: enable/force zoom gesture to work on any site

Firefox Mobile has a feature that allows you to use the pinch to zoom gesture on ANY site, even those that disable it. Would it be possible to implement something similar?

Which sites you can not use this feature? I tested with facebook, Instagram, and few websites, I can zoom out /in freely.

Sorry for the delay. I'm having this issue on NovelAI's pages, namely https://novelai.net/image and https://novelai.net/stories The first is only accessible with a subscription but the second has a free trial without an account if I remember correctly, you can't pinch to zoom there. (a completely separate issue with the same site is that when downloading images from https://novelai.net/image on most browsers the filename will be the parameters used to generate the image but on webview-based browsers the image name is just a random string, just mentioning it here because it's not important enough to open another issue)
