[Bug]显示输入法时的底栏隐藏 (hide bottom bar when showing input method)

下图是显示输入法时底栏的三种情况。

The following figures shows three situations of the bottom bar when showing input method.

正常被隐藏的底栏。

Bottom bar hidden.

未被隐藏的底栏，从“最近任务”再进入时可能出现。

Bottom bar isn't hidden, may occur when re-entering from "Recents screen".

显示输入法时网页闪动，空白区域对应底栏的高度。黑色部分是输入法实际会达到的高度。

The webpage flickers when showing input method. The blank area corresponds to the height of bottom bar. The black area is the actual height of input method.

使用的是 WindowInset 吗？我写了个测试应用但是没有以上两个问题。
