`enhancement` fix uneven night mode interface

When set to night mode:

  1. Pitch black toolbar
  2. Dark grey WebUI background
  3. Pitch black settings panel
  4. Half translucent pitch black tabs background
  5. Dark grey hamburger menu

Night mode looks completely out of standard compared to the default Light mode (which is completely white).
