Orientation reverts to portrait in phone settings

For example, if I go to my Samsung 21 FE 5G's settings page for the app itself, while in reversed portrait orientation, it will temporarily revert to normal portrait until I get out of settings. Rotation Control Pro doesn't have this issue. Is there an accessibility service that this needs to achieve the same consistency?
