Tuya power strip showing power x10 in HA

Describe the bug

Tuya power strip has a decimal error, as an example I can see the power consumption in the Smart Life app being 5.8W but in Home Assistant it is showing as 58W

Expected behavior

Home assistant to show the correct power consumption, which is 10x less
