Describe the bug Smart Plug voltage/power/current not updating in Home Assistant unless I leave the Tuya App open

From the look of the power graph of my Tuya Smart Plug, there's an update (api call) every 10 minutes or so, but not as frequent as I'd like to.

In the graph, you can clearly see in the end of the graph that there have been lots of updates (almost in real time) when I left the Tuya App open.

Expected behavior The Tuya integration should allow for a prameter to set how frequent we need device entities to be refreshed

Same thing here. No updates when app is not open. When the app is open, update in integration is done as frequently as in the app.

Same here. Random updates of power/voltage/current readings, from sometimes every 10 minutes to not updating at all. When I open the app, both app data for the device open in app and HA updates every 10 seconds (for the specific device).
