Tuya v2 not config not loading

Describe the bug The Tuya v2 integration does not load in the configuration->integrations.

Expected behavior The credentials page should show up as it used to before.

Hello I got the same issue, i was running the old version of tuya integration. Got this solved by removing everything i found about the old tuya integration, and also the "TUYA" information from my configuration.yaml file.

Hello, I have the same problem and the newest version of tuya, can not support a lot of devices

in tuya v2 integration I had all devices with all entities. Please, somebody can help with this?

Tried upgrading tuya_iot to latest version: same issue.

# grep V /usr/local/lib/python3.9/site-packages/tuya_iot/version.py

Interestingly enough after reverting to 0.4.1 it loaded.
