Negative power values from PV system not displayed correctly for SPM02 D2TW meter in Tuya integration

I am using the SPM02 D2TW energy meter connected to a photovoltaic (PV) system and integrated via the Tuya platform in Home Assistant.

In the official Tuya Smart app, the returned power (power sent back to the grid, negative values) is displayed correctly as negative numbers.

However, in the Tuya integration for Home Assistant, these values never appear as negative — the returned power is always shown as zero or positive. As a result, I cannot properly monitor the amount of energy being fed back to the grid from my PV system within Home Assistant.

I am running the latest versions of both Home Assistant and the Tuya integration.

Please update the integration to support negative power values, matching the behavior shown in the Tuya Smart app.
